16.1 Describe your progress toward meeting the data collection and reporting requirements of the four required LIHEAP (Benefit Targeting Index, Burden Reduction Targeting Index, Restoration of Home Energy Service, and Prevention of Loss of Home Energy Service). Include timeframes and plans for meeting these requirements and what you believe will be accomplished in the coming federal fiscal year. Client Applications and Vendor agreements were updated in FFY2015 to include the additional reporting requirements. Updates were made to eligibility system to track the various new requirements. The Department of Social services annually collects annual electric, natural gas, propane and fuel oil bill data from providers. This information is utilized to complete the Performance Measure Report. The Department also receives daily download files that have all case and expenditure data, including homes whose services were prevented or restored.
