Example #3: The household completes the interview on July 23rd and additional verification was requested. Actual date of interview is coded on CHIP INRD screen, and a Y is also entered in the “Completed” field to acknowledge the completion of the interview. The household must be given at least 10 days to submit verification. Verification is due by August 3rd. Verification is received July 29th. The form should be processed with the allotment being prorated from (July 5th) the date the recertification form was received.
