241 PENNSYLVANIA UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION LAW PENNSYLVANIA UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION LAW PENNSYLVANIA UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION LAW Section 15. This act shall take effect as follows:
(1) The amendment of sections 502 and 504 of the act shall take effect in
60 days.
(2) The following provisions shall take effect in 180 days:
(i)The amendment of section 402.6 of the act.#
(i) The amendment of section 402.6 of the act.
(ii)The amendment of section 701 of the act.#
(ii) The amendment of section 701 of the act.
(iii) The amendment of section 801 of the act.
(iv) The amendment of section 802(a) of the act.
(v) The amendment of section 803 of the act.
(3) The amendment of section 308 of the act shall take effect January 1, 2018.
(4) The remainder of this act shall take effect immediately. 2017, APRIL 24, P.L. 1, NO. 1 Section 4. This act shall take effect immediately.
