Special Payments; SNAP Employment and Training Programs
In the SNAP program:
(1) For purposes of this rule, a “contractor” means any third-party entity that holds a contract with the Department to provide Employment and Training (E&T) services.

(see section (1) of this rule) may authorize special payments to participants participating in one of the three SNAP Employment and Training programs described in OAR 461-001-0020 for transportation and other costs identified in the participant’s case plan
