Notice Situation; Removing an Individual from a Benefit Group; REF, REFM, SNAP, TANF
(1) To remove an individual from a benefit group
(see OAR 461-110-0750), the following notices are used:
(a)A#
(a) A continuing benefit decision notice
(see OAR 461-001-0000) is used when the removal is based on information reported on the Periodic Report form.
(b)A#
(b) A timely continuing benefit decision notice
(see OAR 461-001-0000) is used when the removal is not based on the Periodic Report form.
(2) In the TANF program, if a child
(see OAR 461-001-0000) is removed from the benefit group as a result of a court order or a voluntary placement in foster care by the child's caretaker relative
(see OAR 461-001-0000), a basic decision notice
(see OAR 461-001-0000) is used.
