Program Year 2026 74 In the event of household energy-related emergencies, in-kind benefits may be used to augment crisis assistance. These include, but are not limited to sleeping bags, clothing, blankets, and emergency disaster kits. These are minimum requirements; individual agencies may have additional requirements. Staff should verify crisis-related policies and procedures with their local energy assistance coordinator.
