ENERGY ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS
Section One: Application Process Intake, Operations & Policy Manual
Program Year 2026 7 Confidentiality Confidentiality of client information is essential and must be assured by the agency. The Master Grant Agreement (MGA) between each agency and OHCS specifically addresses this responsibility. Please reference the current MGA for specific language. Each agency must have in place policies and procedures to assure compliance with this grant requirement. Refer to local agency confidentiality forms and policies. For the protection of applicants and recipients, you must not disclose or use the contents of records, files, papers or communications for purposes other than those directly connected with the administration of energy programs, whether on or off duty.
