585 Chapter 3:Processes and procedures • Section 1: Acting on reported changes (07/2026) • If the individual receives winnings from a single lottery or gambling game that is over the resource limit listed in OAR 461-160-0015 (7) (a), eligibility ends. Note: ODHS checks and acts on information reported through computer matches, including IEVS, at initial certification, when the individual is recertified, when the monthly match with the Department of Corrections indicates a member is incarcerated, or when daily SOLQi date match is updated. Staff may receive a report of unclear information from the SNAP household or from a third party at times other than Periodic Report (PR) or Renewal. Unclear information is information from which you cannot readily determine whether it will impact an active household’s SNAP benefits. The information may be unverified, or it may be verified but the effect on the household’s SNAP eligibility is not apparent. It may contradict other documentation or information already received or available. When unclear or unverified information is provided at times other than Renewal or PR, that information is not usually acted upon, unless it was required to be reported. Enter a case note that indicates it concerns unclear information, with as much detail as possible, explaining what information was unclear. State the reported information will need to be addressed at next Periodic Report or SNAP renewal. See Missing Information EG. TANF This does not apply to the TANF program.
