Medicaid Long Term Care Services *includes screenshots: This QRG covers Medicaid Long Term Care (LTC) Services and how the programs function in ONE. Service TOA’s include MSERV, NMAGISERV, and LTCSERV. This QRG is geared towards eligibility workers new to LTC services and ONE. Coordination with APD and AAA case managers is necessary to begin services for an individual because the service assessment is not done in ONE. This QRG references when and how that coordination should occur, and how eligibility is determined across the multiple systems. Coding Service Eligibility (SELG) coding in legacy Once a service plan is approved, a SELG record is created for the individual. The information is transmitted to the SELG screen in the Mainframe and then to the Service Eligibility screen in ONE. This information indicates to all payment systems that the individual is eligible for service-related benefits. Note: Staff may view the Service Eligibility record by typing “SELG, {prime number}” on a blank screen in the Mainframe. If the SELG screen does not display the information needed, staff can access SL01 by selecting F3 from the SELG record. If a record exists, it will show up with the beginning and ending dates of eligibility as well as the service or waiver eligibility category. Note: To see the SELG record in ONE, navigate to the Non-Financial Information Module, and the Service Eligibility Screen.
