When an EPD participant is eligible to receive APD in-home services and otherwise qualifies for ICP, the individual may be enrolled in the program. When in both EPD and ICP, an individual will have an EPD participant fee of $0 due to the in-home liability being $0. Reporting changes Individuals must follow the same reporting requirements as regular OSIPM.
