186 (07/2026) Chapter 2:Eligibility • Section 4: Household information In 2017, the Reproductive Health Equity Act (House Bill 3391) was passed. Due to this Act passing, individuals who do not meet the non-citizen requirements are able to continue receiving the same level of benefits as the OHP Plus Pregnant Woman benefit package during their post-partum period. These benefits are referred to as Reproductive Health Equity Fund (RHEF) benefits in rule and in the system will show as CWM Plus Pregnant Woman-postpartum (EMPW). These individuals who do not meet the non- citizen requirements will continue to receive their protected eligibility for 60 days following the end of their pregnancy.
