Approval Date: 2-4 includes the topic of health insurance and access to CHPlus; and

• The Community Health Worker Program, the Prenatal Care Assistance Program, the Children with Special Health Care Needs Program, the Comprehensive Prenatal/Perinatal Services Networks and the Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention Program are all examples of Title V-related programs that provide outreach and education to their clients and their communities about CHPlus. They do this as a means to improve health outcomes for children and families in their communities.
