10:87-9.10 Replacement of lost/stolen Families First cards

Replacement of Families First cards shall be made available no later than two business days from the date that the replacement request is made to the CSSA. Since payees, as part of the card replacement procedure, shall visit the CSSA's Card Issuance Site (CIS) in order to select a new PIN, it is critical that payees be referred to the CIS in an expedited manner.
