003.05(B)(v)(1) EXCEPTIONS.
Exceptions include: (a) The disregard of any motor vehicle is not allowed when it has been determined a client residing in a nursing home or an assisted living facility and receiving services through Home and Community Based Services or Programs or All- Inclusive Care for the Elderly does not intend, or will not be able to return home if medical transportation is included in the payment to the facility; or (b) The applicant or client designates the disregarded vehicle for Assessment of Resources.
