003.04(B)(i) FAIR HEARING WHEN NOTICE DATE FALLS ON A HOLIDAY OR WEEKEND.

If the period of adverse action ends on a weekend or a holiday and a request for a fair hearing and continuation of benefits is received on the next workday, the Department considers the request as being within the period of adverse action.
