003.01(H)(iii)(1) COSTS INCLUDED IN THE STANDARD UTILITY ALLOWANCE.

The Standard Utility Allowance includes: (a) Costs of heating and cooking fuel, such as oil, gas (including the rental fee for the propane tank), wood when the primary heating source, or electricity; (b) Costs of air conditioning; (c) Costs of septic tank installation and maintenance; (d) Fees for water; (e) Sewage costs; (f) Garbage and trash collection fees; (g) Basic telephone rate; and (h) Initial fees, other than the deposit, charged by the utility provider.
