003.01(H)(iii) STANDARD UTILITY ALLOWANCE.

To qualify for the Standard Utility Allowance, the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program household must have a member who: (a) Is billed for a recurring heating or cooling expense separately and apart from its rent or mortgage; or (b) Is elderly or disabled and has received one or more Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program payment(s) that exceed $20 annually in the current or preceding 12 months.
