001.05 STUDENT STATUS.

A household member who is enrolled at least half time in an institution of higher education must meet one of the student eligibility exemptions to be eligible to participate. The program definition of a student is an individual enrolled at least half time in a regular curriculum at: (1) A college or university that offers degree programs, regardless of whether a high school diploma is required; or (2) A business, technical, trade, or vocational school that normally requires a high school diploma or equivalency certification for enrollment.
