001.04(M)(iii) REGAINING ELIGIBILITY.

An Able-Bodied Adult Without Dependents household member who has exhausted their time-limited benefits may regain eligibility at any time by: (1) Actively meeting an Able-Bodied Adult Without Dependents Work Requirement; (2) Actively meeting an Able-Bodied Adult Without Dependents Exemption; or (3) Reaching the end of the 36-month tracking period.
