Applicants or recipients who refuse to cooperate in any subsequent review of eligibility, including reporting changes, recertifications, and Quality Control reviews, will have the application denied or their case closed. The household may reapply once it has been denied or terminated for refusal to cooperate, but it is not eligible until it cooperates.
