007.03(B) DECISION FORMAT.

On the basis of the evidence presented, the hearing officer or Director will enter a final decision which: (i) Specifies the reasons for the decision; (ii) Identifies the supporting evidence; (iii) Identifies the pertinent Food and Nutrition Service regulation; and (iv) Responds to reasonable arguments made by the household member or representative.
