006.03(F)(i) NOTIFICATION OF HEARING DECISIONS.

The Hearing Office informs the household and the Department in writing of: (a) The hearing decision and the reasons for the decision; (b) The available appeal rights; and (c) Benefits being issued or terminated within the appropriate time limits.
