006.03(F) HEARING DECISIONS.

The decision will: (1) Comply with federal laws and regulations; (2) Be based on the hearing record; (3) Be made available to the household; (4) Summarize the facts of the case; (5) Specify reasons for the decision; (6) Identify supporting evidence and pertinent federal regulations; and (7) Become a part of the hearing and case records.
