392 NAC Chapter 3-002. RESPONSIBILITY TO CONTACT THE DEPARTMENT Guidance: Recipients have the option to voluntarily report changes on an ongoing basis. The Department will act on these changes in the eligibility period if these verified changes will benefit the recipient.
