7.1 Describe how you will ensure that the LIHEAP program is coordinated with other programs available to low-income households (TANF, SSI, WAP, etc.). Joint application for multiple programs (indicate programs included) SNAP; TANF; Child Care Subsidy; Assistance to Aged, Blind, or Disabled; Emergency Assistance Intake referrals to/from other programs (indicate programs included) One - stop intake centers Other - Describe: DHHS administers all low-income programs within the same unit through iServe Nebraska. Households can complete one application to request all of the economic assistance programs offered. DHHS also sends a list of all currently eligible LIHEAP households to the Weatherization Program Staff as a referral for Weatherization.
