Significant changes may include new initiatives, changes in funding or funding sources, policy changes, or significant changes to the number of partners or participants. Significant changes could include those made as a result of management evaluation findings or participation in program improvement initiatives, such as SNAP to Skills. It is not necessary to include changes made as a result of new Federal rulemaking. The State continues to move forward with the Strategic Planning Guidance from Ernst & Young on how to continue to develop and implement a plan for E&T Growth. The State has officially changed our program name to More Than A Job NC (MTAJ-NC)!!! The MTAJ-NC program continues to become more accessible to our work registered FNS recipients. The State has enhanced the MTAJ-NC website to allow both potential participants and providers to connect with the program for services. We have also added a SharePoint site for our counties and providers to be able to have access to program updates, program news and more. We are moving forward with adding the remaining 45 MTAJ-NC Counties: Alexander, Alleghany, Ashe, Alexander, Alleghany, Ashe, Avery, Bladen, Brunswick, Camden, Chowan, Columbus, Craven, Currituck, Dare, Davidson, Davie, Duplin, Franklin, Gates, Granville, Haywood, Henderson, Jones, Macon, Madison, Mitchell, Montgomery, New Hanover, Onslow, Pamlico, Pasquotank, Pender, Perquimans, Person, Polk, Sampson, Stanly, Swain, Transylvania, Tyrrell, Watauga, Wilkes, Yadkin, and Yancey. As of May 2025, the Screening and Referral form, accessible to the public through our website, has generated over 800 referrals from individuals interested in learning more about the program. We are in the process of hiring a time limited employee to be able to assist with managing the referrals and onboarding providers. The number of providers that have expressed interest in partnership has also increased due to the accessibility of completing a inquiry form on our website. The referral coordinator will also assist with coordinating the onboarding of new providers. 1/29/26, 8:17 AM State Plan NC FY26 - Original Submission https://dam-fns.usda.gov/sites/default/files/microsite/snapet-ncfy26stateplan//index.html 5/218
