CENTER FOR URBAN AFFAIRS & COMMUNITY SERVICES
The Center for Urban Affairs and Community Services was established in 1966 in support of NC State University’s Land Grant mission to improve the lives of North Carolina citizens. The Center provides applied social science research, policy analysis, program evaluation, and technical assistance to state and local governments, public agencies, and nonprofit organizations as they deal with public policy issues affecting our quality of life.
The Center makes use of the full range of knowledge and expertise of the University community and can carry out research projects or provide technical assistance in any aspect of project management, design, or operation.
