system. TCL cases are the only SAIH cases that can be

transferred from county to county.

B. Transfer the case in the NC FAST system to the new

county.

C. If the case has a redetermination due before the effective

date of the county transfer (payment review period), the

current/original county of eligibility must complete the

redetermination prior to transferring the case to another

county DSS as the active SAIH case of an individual

approved for TCL.

D. The first county must also complete and send a DMA-5049,

Referral to Local Social Security Office, to SSA to report

the change of address.

E. Report changes for other programs as needed, such as

FNS.
