The case manager will schedule a conciliation appointment, and the individual will receive T011, TANF Notice To Discuss Disagreement and Adverse Action.

NOTE: The T001 assessment appointment will not be sent by JAWS to the individual and the assessment appointment will automatically be updated by JAWS to close. PACR screen must be documented. If an individual is assigned to a work activity, but fails to report, is not participating satisfactorily or refuses to participate the case manager will schedule a conciliation appointment, and the individual will receive the T011.
