Individuals identified below must be included in the same SNAP household with the other people they live with, even if they purchase and prepare food separately: A. Spouses: Individuals must be legally married. B. Parents and Children: An individual under 22 years of age living with his/her natural, adoptive or stepparent(s). C. Minors Under Parental Control: A child (other than a foster child) under 18 years of age who is financially or otherwise dependent on a household member who is not his or her parent.
