3.5 Verification of Questionable Information.

A. MDHS must verify all other factors of eligibility it deems questionable and affect the household’s eligibility and benefit level prior to certification of the household. B. To be considered questionable, the information on the application must be inconsistent with statements made by the applicant, inconsistent with other information on the application or previous application, or inconsistent with information received by the county.
