24.12 Notice of Adverse Action.

Residents of GLAs will not receive an individual notice of adverse action when MDHS has terminated the eligibility of one of the residents due to the facility losing either: A. Its certification from the appropriate agency of the state of Mississippi; or B. Its status as an authorized representative due to FNS disqualification.
