Child Care Assistance Program Policy Manual Issued 03/2020 Short-term alternative locations 11.6.3 What are the provider requirements when short-term alternative locations are used? When short-term alternative locations are used, providers must follow all CCAP and certification requirements, including: • Ensuring all certification requirements, including age groups served, maximum group size and staff-to- child ratio, are met at all times. • Following daily attendance record requirements (see chapter 11.15 (Provider Record Keeping)) and must be able to produce documentation of site specific attendance when CCAP is billed immediately upon county or commissioner request.
