Change Reported Via Data Matches FIP, RCA, SDA, CDC and MA Case actions resulting from changes reported via data matches (BENDEX, SDX, IRS, enumeration, etc.) must be completed within 45 days of receiving the information. FAP Only Case actions resulting from changes reported via data matches (BENDEX, SDX, IRS, enumeration, etc.) must be completed within 45 days of receiving the information. Exception: For simplified reporting groups, the following data matches are acted upon only at semi-annual or redetermination (whichever comes first): • Wage Match. (BAM 802) • IRS Unearned Income Match. (BAM 803) • IRS Wage and Pension Match. (BAM 803) • State New Hires Match. (BAM 807) • National Directory of New Hires Match. (BAM 813) • Paris Interstate Match. (BAM 814) Exception: For change reporting groups, the following data matches are addressed only at mid-certification or redetermination (whichever comes first): • Wage Match. (BAM 802) • IRS Unearned Income Match. (BAM 803) • IRS Wage and Pension Match. (BAM 803) • Paris Interstate Match. (BAM 814) Exception: For change reporting groups with a state new hires match and/or national directory of new hires match, when to act is determined based on the date of the match and the processing date: • If the date of the match is less than 60 days from the processing date, the following matches must be addressed: State New Hires Match.
