9. TIME LIMITS ON COLLECTION ACTIVITIES:

A. Outstanding claims may be terminated by BRU after 36 consecutive months with no collection activity. Outstanding balances on terminated claims regardless of the classification, shall be offset before restoration of lost benefits.

B. A claim shall be closed when it has been paid in full.
