Caution: Use of the card is the responsibility of the head of household named on the card; however, benefits can be accessed by anyone who has the card and knowledge of the PIN.

THE LOUISIANA PURCHASE AUTOMATED BENEFIT CARD WILL ALSO BE ISSUED TO REPLACE LOST, STOLEN OR DESTROYED CARDS.
