The Louisiana Purchase Automated Benefit Card * will be automatically mailed to the payee as described in Chapter 3, D-100. **

Caution: Use of FITAP benefits is the responsibility of the payee or third party payee when designated. If there is a third party payee, the payee must make the card and PIN available to the third party payee.

* THE LOUISIANA PURCHASE AUTOMATED BENEFIT CARD WILL ALSO BE ISSUED TO REPLACE LOST, STOLEN OR DESTROYED CARDS. **
