1. INITIAL - BENEFITS FOR THE FIRST MONTH OF ELIGIBILITY.
2. REGULAR - ON GOING MONTHLY BENEFITS RECEIVED AFTER THE INITIAL MONTH.
3. Supplemental - additional benefits provided to a household during a month when benefits have already been issued. Supplemental benefits can only be issued for the current benefit month to correct an administrative error, or because of administrative limitations, such as the computer being down on cut-off date.
4. Restored - all other full or partial month benefits owed a household for a past month. These benefits can be used to offset claims against a household. If restoration is due and there is an existing claim, send two copies of form 20CD documenting the restoration to the Fraud and Recovery Section for review. If approved, the claim will be offset with the amount of the restored benefits and the balance, if any, will be refunded to the household by Fraud and Recovery.
