C-174-SNAP - PR AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS

When the household does not choose an authorized representative (AR) through the CAFÉ’ SSP, the following steps should be taken:

 Navigate to the Authorized Representative/Third Party/Responsible person – Details page in LITE.  Enter the start date  Enter identifying information and address of the AR  Validate the address of the AR and select ‘Add’.
