Household members who are:  Receiving Foster Care payments should be coded Foster Child of/Foster Parent of,  Not related should be coded Not Related to, or  Related, but are not within the required degree of relationship, should be coded Other-Related.

Household individuals must have the appropriate Relationship Type selected for LITE to correctly include or exclude the individual from the Family Group.
