Recipients will be eligible for this additional assistance, only if they provide all required verifications by the due date. You can receive this Transitional Child Care assistance only once every 12 months. Copayments Co-payments are determined by the amount of countable household income and household size. Immunizations Compliance of immunizations is a Health and Safety requirement (922 KAR 2:090) monitored by the Division of Regulated Child Care. Child Care Providers are required to obtain a current immunization certificate for each child in their care within 30 days of the child’s enrollment start date.
