[When a household does not provide verification of immigration status for a household member, consider that member an ineligible alien. Do not continue efforts to obtain verification of immigration status.

Determine that an alien is undocumented when:

A. There is an admission by the applicant, another household member, or the household's representative that an undocumented alien is a member of the household;

B. United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) documents presented by the household during the application process are determined to be forged; or

C. A formal order of deportation is presented by the household during the application/recertification process.]
