MS 4010* NATIONAL ACCURACY CLEARINGHOUSE SNAP DUPLICATE PARTICIPATION (1)

The National Accuracy Clearinghouse (NAC) information is within the data collection flow and will be required during Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) applications, recertifications, reactivation, and member adds. The SNAP Duplicate Participation NAC screen will include the following:

NAC Screen Summary

A. Individual Information Section, displays information which includes:

1. Name; and

2. Individual ID.

B. SNAP Duplicate Matches Summary, displays records that correspond to any NAC matches that exist for a selected individual and will include:

1. Match ID;

2. Initiating State;

3. Date; and

4. KY Match Status (pending or complete). Records will be considered inactive if six months have passed since the record was marked complete.

C. NAC Match Details, displays read only details for an individual record. Once the pencil is clicked from the SNAP Duplicate Matches Summary Screen the following items can be viewed:

1. Match ID;

2. NAC Match Status (open or closed);

3. Last Updated Date; and

4. Match Link.

D. NAC Match Request Initiated, displays match details from the initiating state for an individual record and will include:

1. Initiating State or Matching State;

2. Contact Email;

3. Contact Phone Number;
