3. Transferred to SNAP after the 15th of the 11th month of certification period, and before 15th of 23rd month of certification period. a. Household shall receive second FS-2 notice on 15th of the 23rd month of the ESAP certification period. 4. If transferred to SNAP after the 15th of the 23rd month of certification period, the household is not subject to mid-review. The household shall receive a SNAP recertification notice in the 35th month of the ESAP certification period.
