1226.1 Information Available to the Public

Regulations, Plans of Operation, state manuals, and federal procedures which affect the public shall be maintained in the office of the KDHE-DHCF Eligibility Policy Section for examination by members of the public on regular workdays during the regular office hours. The eligibility manual is available on the internet 365 days a year.
