12.14 Direct Benefit Payments All transmittals for direct benefit payments, including, but not limited to, applicants with utilities included in rent and biofuels, must be submitted to IHCDA fiscal for payment within sixty (60) days of eligibility determination. Every effort must be made to expedite the transmittal process, particularly for applicants who heat with biofuels, in order to make these funds available in a timely manner as required in the LIHEAP statute. Failure to meet these timelines will result in monitoring findings.
