Rule 290-2-28-.15 Family Cap
Assistance paid to a recipient family shall not include an increase in benefits as a result of the birth of a child during the period in which the family is eligible for TANF assistance or during a temporary period in which the family or recipient is ineligible for TANF assistance pursuant to a sanction for failure to comply with eligibility requirements.
