Documentation will include: a process flow chart, sample provisional eligibility notification, Delacare Regulations for Early Care and Education and School-Age Centers, Delacare Regulations for Family and Large Family Child Care Homes, and comprehensive background check letters for licensed centers, family child care homes, and youth camps. 03/21/2025 2 Delaware will provide a demonstration of background check process to the Regional Office, including issuance of provisional eligibility notification during the on-site visit. 03/21/2025
