Program Functional Area 11: Fiscal Management Goal 11: Maximize the utilization of WIC NSA and food funds. By September 30, 2025 Objective: 11.1: Manage the infant formula rebate contract and utilize a new system to ensure accuracy in rebate amounts billed to Abbott Laboratories. Objective: 11.2: Manage internal systems for accuracy in recording and projecting expenditures to ensure proper 798 Report submission. Objective: 11.3: Implement enhanced CT-WIC Financial Module to allow local agencies to enter budget and expenditure information to improve timely reimbursements and expenditure review against approved budget.
