Refinement of the full monthly redemption report with EBT data through CTWIC. Report captures data from multiple modules and redemption tables. Database only accessible through EPPIC and/or IT report requests. EPPIC access is limited to the Coordinators, and not available on an as needed basis. The category/subcategory redemption report was made available in February 2024 in the SSRS reporting portal. Parameters for dates, cats/subcats and products can be set and provides multiple areas of redemption such as transaction and settled dates, families, vendors, products, and prices paid. Utilize CTWIC via tablet to allow real-time access to vendor information and provide electronic record of monitoring visits. Monitoring visits are currently done on paper. Number of electronic documents available through the vendor portal to the MIS. Apple iPads can be used to access CTWIC for in-store use. Currently, a MiFi device is being utilized with the Apple iPad to conduct monitoring visits but is not a long-term solution. The state is having a delay in obtaining SIM cards for the devices purchased and will continue to pursue their use. 4.5 Training videos to supplement interactive vendor training Recordings through Microsoft Teams to develop training videos to be used for open enrollment and renewal trainings.

October 2019 Consistent messaging for all training sessions. During an interactive training on Teams, staff used the “Present in Teams” option while showing a PowerPoint presentation. Teams will record just the voice and the slides, so CT WIC will continue to explore this option and integrate this into interactive training.
